1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PixelCraft Studio website, API endpoints, or Image Forge Pro workspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you may not access our platform.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright Ownership

You retain 100% full copyright ownership and intellectual property rights to any images, graphics, PDF documents, or creative artwork you process through our client-side tools or Image Forge Pro editor. PixelCraft Studio claims no ownership over your generated exports.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our cloud REST API endpoints (`/api/v1/transform`) or database services to:

• Process, distribute, or watermark illegal content, defamatory material, or malware.
• Launch automated denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or intentionally overwhelm our REST worker quotas.
• Reverse engineer or scrape internal database schemas without written authorization.

4. API Rate Limiting & Quotas

Free developer sandbox keys are restricted to 1,000 requests per month. Pro Studio accounts include 10,000 monthly transformations, and Enterprise accounts enjoy custom SLAs. Exceeding your allocated quota will result in temporary HTTP 429 throttling until the next billing cycle.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

PixelCraft Studio is provided "as is" and "as available" without explicit warranties of uninterrupted service. While our local canvas engines run independently of network outages, browser-specific memory constraints may limit maximum file dimensions.
